At Mystic Oracle Visions LLP®, we aim to ensure that your products are delivered safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of physical products.
1. Shipping Methods
- Jewelry, Gemstones, and Other Physical Products:
All physical products, including jewelry, gemstones, and related items, will be shipped via the Government Postal Department using Parcel or Speed Post Services. This method ensures secure and trackable delivery.
2. Shipping Timeframe
- Standard Shipping Time:
All physical products will be shipped within 15 days of receiving a confirmed order and cleared payments.- This refers to the processing and handling time, and does not include transit time with the postal service.
- Shipping time may vary depending on stock availability, the nature of the product, and customization requirements (if applicable).
- If an alternate shipping timeframe is agreed upon between the customer and Mystic Oracle Visions LLP®, this will be honored.
- Any mutual agreement regarding the shipping timeframe can be discussed through text messages or WhatsApp, and these communications will be considered valid as mutual consent.
3. Shipping Notifications
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp, along with the tracking information, to monitor the progress of your delivery.
4. Packaging Standards
- All products are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
- Fragile items like gemstones and jewelry will receive extra care during packaging to protect them from damage during transit.
5. Insurance for Shipped Items
- If a customer requests insurance for their shipment, the cost of insurance will be borne by the customer at actuals.
- For high-value items such as jewelry and gemstones, Mystic Oracle Visions LLP® recommends opting for insurance to provide added protection in case of loss or damage during transit.
- Please inform us if you require insurance at the time of placing your order, and we will arrange it accordingly.
6. Delays in Shipping
While we aim to ensure timely deliveries, certain circumstances may lead to delays, including but not limited to:
- Public holidays
- Natural disasters or events beyond our control (Act of God)
- Delays caused by the postal service provider
Should any delays occur, we will inform you promptly through your preferred communication channel (email or WhatsApp) and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
7. Shipping Charges
- Domestic Orders:
Shipping charges for domestic orders will be calculated based on the destination and the weight of the product. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process. - International Orders:
International shipping charges vary based on the destination country and product weight. Additional customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.- Customs Delays: International shipments may be subject to customs clearance delays, which are beyond our control. We recommend that customers consider this when placing orders.
8. Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Mystic Oracle Visions LLP® will not be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please ensure that all information is correct before confirming your order.
9. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can track the progress of your delivery.
10. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please notify us immediately by sending a message via WhatsApp at 7879118899 or emailing support@bhavishyat.org.
- For lost shipments, we will investigate the matter with the postal service provider. If deemed appropriate, we will initiate a replacement or refund, subject to the policies outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
- Mystic Oracle Visions LLP® is not responsible for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
11. Shipping Costs for Lost/Damaged Orders
If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit and the customer is eligible for a replacement or refund, Mystic Oracle Visions LLP® will cover the shipping costs up to ₹150, or as approved by the company’s management.
12. Shipping Disputes
Any disputes or concerns regarding the shipment of products should be addressed directly to our support team through support@bhavishyat.org or via WhatsApp at 7879118899. We will do our best to resolve any shipping issues promptly and satisfactorily.
