Mystic Oracle Visions LLP® strives to provide high-quality astrological services and products through Bhavishyat.org. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

1. Service-Based Refunds

  • Personalized Consultations (including astrology, tarot, numerology, etc.):
    Due to the personalized nature of these services, refunds are not provided once the consultation has been delivered. If there is a significant issue with the service or dissatisfaction, clients are encouraged to contact our customer support team within 48 hours for review and possible resolution through revision or alternative solutions.
  • Scheduled Consultations (missed appointments):
    Clients must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation to reschedule or cancel. Failure to provide notice will result in no refund.

2. Digital Product Refunds

  • E-books, Reports, and Other Downloadable Products:
    All digital products are non-refundable once purchased, as they are delivered instantly. However, if there is an issue with the download or accessibility, we will assist in providing a working file or resolving technical issues within 7 days of purchase.

3. Subscription-Based Services

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds will not be given for any partially used subscription period. Access to services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Physical Product Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Products:
    If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must inform us immediately upon delivery by sending a photo or video of the damaged product to our WhatsApp at 7879118899. Refunds will be provided either as a service of equivalent value or, after receiving the faulty product, as approved by the company’s management.

    • Return shipping costs will be covered if the product is deemed defective.
    • Return timeframe: The faulty product must be returned within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • Pooja or Dharmik Rituals on Physical Products:
    If a personal pooja or dharmik ritual has been performed on the product for the client, the product is non-returnable and non-refundable, regardless of other circumstances.
  • Non-Returnable Products:
    Certain products, such as jewelry, crystals, or any items that may have hygiene or safety concerns, are non-returnable. These items will be explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Change of Mind:
    Refunds will not be provided for a change of mind once the order has been processed or shipped.
  • Act of God:
    Any damages or issues caused by natural disasters or unforeseen events (act of God) are non-refundable.
  • International Orders:
    For international orders, return policies and refund timelines may vary. Please contact us for more information.

5. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be made by contacting our support team at support@bhavishyat.org with proof of purchase and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund.
  • After receiving the faulty product, it will be assessed, and refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside the scope of this policy may be granted at our discretion in rare or extenuating circumstances.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Special promotional offers, discounted services, and any other explicitly marked non-refundable services will not qualify for refunds.
