At Mystic Oracle Visions LLP®, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and services through Bhavishyat.org. In the event that you are not satisfied with a physical product, the following return conditions apply:

1. Return Eligibility for Physical Products

  • Damaged or Defective Products:
    If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending a photo or video of the damaged product to our WhatsApp at 7879118899.

    • Once the product is deemed defective, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or offer a service of equivalent value.
    • The product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation, within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a return or exchange.
    • We will cover return shipping costs up to ₹150, or as approved by the company’s management. Customers should use a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is delivered safely.
  • Pooja or Dharmik Rituals on Physical Products:
    If a personal pooja or dharmik ritual has been performed on the product at your request, the product is non-returnable and non-refundable, regardless of its condition.
  • Non-Returnable Products:
    Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. This includes:

    • Jewelry
    • Crystals
    • Custom or personalized items
      These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Change of Mind:
    Returns will not be accepted for change of mind once the order has been processed or shipped.
  • Act of God:
    Damages or issues caused by natural disasters or unforeseen events are non-returnable. These events are beyond our control, and we cannot provide returns in such cases.
  • International Orders:
    For international orders, return shipping policies may vary. Please contact our support team for more details if you need to initiate a return from outside India.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us:
    Notify us of the issue by emailing support@bhavishyat.org or sending a message on WhatsApp at 7879118899 with details and images or videos of the damaged product.
  2. Return Approval:
    All returns must be approved by our team before shipping the product back.
  3. Return the Product:
    If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
  4. Assessment:
    Upon receiving the returned product, we will assess its condition and inform you of the next steps within 7-10 business days.
  5. Refund or Exchange:
    Upon return, you may choose to receive a replacement, exchange, or a service/product of equivalent value, as approved by our team.
  6. Return Shipping Costs:
    We will cover return shipping costs up to ₹150, or as approved by the company’s management. For any other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs above this limit.

3. Exceptions to the Return Policy

Returns outside the scope of this policy may be considered at the discretion of Mystic Oracle Visions LLP® in extenuating circumstances.
